Elf Name Generator provides a free online tool for generating fantasy elven names based on linguistic principles from various lore systems including Tolkien, Dungeons & Dragons, and World of Warcraft.

The Service includes:

Elven name generation with etymological analysis
Blog articles about fantasy naming, linguistics, and world-building
A favorites system for saving generated names locally in your browser

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Elf Name Generator and its licensors.

Names generated through our tool are provided for personal and creative use. You are free to use any generated names in your personal projects, stories, games, and other creative works without attribution.

References to Tolkien, Dungeons & Dragons, World of Warcraft, and other franchises are used for descriptive purposes only. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service excessively
Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without express written permission
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Data and Local Storage

The Service uses your browser's local storage to save your favorite names. This data is stored entirely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. Clearing your browser data will permanently delete your saved favorites. We are not responsible for any loss of locally stored data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
